The Ultrasound Practice Council of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine is pleased to announce that Southern Utah Women's Health Center, P.C. is among a growing number of ultrasound practices to achieve accreditation in obstetrics and gynecological ultrasounds. Southern Utah Women's Health Center, P.C. has achieved accreditation in recognition of the practice meeting voluntary standards set by the diagnostic ultrasound profession, including the practice's personnel, physical facilities, documentation, storage, and record-keeping practices, policies and procedures, quality assurance methods, and how the practice meets the AIUM Standards.
Southern Utah Women's Health Center, P.C. successfully completed and received accreditation from the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, an association dedicated to promoting the safe and effective use of ultrasound. Accreditation means that Southern Utah Women's Health Center, P.C. has met nationally accepted standards and has demonstrated consistent excellence in patient care. Effectively and safely meeting the growing needs of patients is the number one priority.
